I don't know that particular brand and I wasn't claiming that they aren't any good...I don't have any personal experience of them. A lot of my Pis are actually powered using non standard supplies...because they're used on a yacht.That's a proper PSU being used, a specific Pi5 one, PD 5A capable.*It sounds like it might be a power supply issue.
It's amazing how many problems posted on here turn out to be caused by inadequate power supplies.
I would suggest that you order the official power supply. These are cheap and reliable.
GeekPi make a lot of addons that are decent.
You could monitor with
vcgencmd pmic_read_adc
keep that going and someone may notice if a voltage (or current) is off.
It does not show PSU supply current though.
*it doesn't mean it's not failing though.
I was more making a general point that there seem to be a lot of issues that get traced to non-standard supplies and it might be resolved with a new power supply.
I have a little USB multi-meter thingy, which I bought for very little on one of the Chinese supermarkets that is useful for monitoring USB current/voltage too.
