I've bought a couple of these too and found the lipo batteries on Amazon.
However, usually they take batteries with a 3.2 - 3.8v output. Whatever regulator they use to get to 4.5v is so noisy that I couldn't use them in any project that involved audio.
In the end I just used a higher power battery (6x1.2v) and a linear regulator.
