Flash chip is from BYTe semiconductor. Logo has 'BY' and I tried some alphabets until I got a good hit. (There was also a BYD semiconductor company.) The BYTe logo matches the clone board's flash chip. Anyway the URL is:

Maybe BY25Q16ES, a 3V standard flash, available in USON8 package (I think). Another datasheet to collect.
