It was 140mA fuses on the original Pi 1B. The one with the resistors didn't have a fixed limit, but the main fuse was 1.1A which covered the Pi, the GPIO and the USBs.Either 70mA or 140mA per USB port with the earliest Pi 1s, at this remove, not sure which (after all, it's been over 12 years!). I used to use them with keyboard and mouse directly attached. Slightly later versions swapped 0 Ohm resistors for the polyfuses and had the 600mA limit. You can tell the difference at a glance. The polyfuses were green and the 0 Ohm resistors were black.
