Looks like there is some confusion here - the .uf2 file is for a pico (or pico W) not for a Raspberry Pi.
The code on github seems to be a large amount of C code to implement his functionality.
You could try forking that and porting it to the Pi - not a beginner task….
Alternatively, have a look at node.js on the pi.
