Would probably try running as Boot in Raid0 (recently got burned with the brand new SD Micro dying on pi5 after less than 6mo (I know probably SD DOA fault)... first one in nearly 5 years).

The firmware cannot boot from a RAID array. Put the boot partition on SD, add the necessary drivers to the initramfs then put the root partition on the RAID array.

I very much doubt RAID0 will be of any advantage on a flash based system and it provides no redundency what so ever.
We think we have a fix for booting from multiple NVME devices on a switched carrier. Was checked in end of last week, but will take a while to get through the system - it's a kernel and bootloader change.
