The Pi1, aka Model B, never had more than 512MB of DRAM.You have a original Raspberry Pi 1B.
So the OS for it is RaspiOS Bookworm 32-bit.
It will have 512MB of RAM, (it may have 1024MB of RAM (use the free command to find out) but that's unlikely).
